Wedding Invitations; Baby Announcements, Christmas Cards and other Invitation Designs

Announce your special day with style!
I design beautiful custom wedding invitations, baby announcements and other invitations including baby/bridal shower, birthday, graduation etc. Simply choose your favorite design (click on the tabs above to see samples), and I'll customize it to whatever color and font style you want. I can also customize a unique invitation that fits your style.

Contact Annette Ward at kaward7@yahoo.com or 801.718.7007 to set up an appointment or email me your design choice, the information you want on your invitation/announcement and your photo(s) in a jpg format; 300 dpi. I will promptly design your invitation and email a proof. I will make sure you are completely satisfied with the final design.

You can choose to have your invitation printed on matte, gloss, linen or metallic/shimmer paper.  I can also do raised designs and lettering, foil-pressed invitations and bracket shaped invitations. Once you approve the design, I will place your order and pick them up.
Credit or debit card payment accepted. Cash/check accepted in person.

Coffee Filter Balls (as seen on Good Things Utah).
I had a lot of fun demonstrating these puff balls made out of coffee filters on the tv show GTU.  My friend Cathy Madsen made these for her daughter's wedding and I thought they were beautiful. She showed me how to make them and let me borrow hers as well. These make GREAT wedding and party decorations!
You’ll need:

Lots of coffee filters - I used white and tea dyed them.
Styrofoam ball - 5”- small, 6”- medium, 8”- large, 10”- extra large all work well.  Choose the size that you’d like yours to be.
Pins – I like to use extra long or T-pins to hold the coffee filters in place better. The regular pins don't hold them in place very well.
Tea bags - To stain the coffee filters if you’d like an antique look.
Ribbon to hang at top of ball

1.    Tea dye coffee filters and wait to dry. (Skip this step if you want to leave your coffee filters white).
2.     Stack coffee filters in layers of two. Using your index finger, press in the center of the filters to form a “flower” and pinch at bottom.
3.     Insert a pin at the bottom of the filters (where you pinched them together) and push in the styrofoam ball.
4.     Continue around the entire ball until it is all filled and you can’t see any open spaces. (I prefer a really full look).
5.     Place ribbon into the top with pins. (You may also need a dab of glue on the ribbon to keep in place).
You can also turn your coffee filter balls into a topiary by placing a dowel in the center and placing in a planter or container. Be creative and have fun creating your coffee filter balls.

I always have fun with the GTU Ladies!

THANKS to everyone who stopped by my booth over the weekend. It was fun to meet so many of you and I'm looking forward to designing your wedding invitations. As always, I have to thank my family for all the help they give me during these shows. They're the greatest! I wish you all the best as you continue to plan your wedding.

Booth at the Bridal Show:
I had so much fun at the Bridal Show. I met so many cute brides and their future spouses (good job for tagging along). I appreciate your kind comments and all who signed up with me to design your custom invitation. I'll also look forward to hearing from many more of you as your wedding day gets closer. Here's a pic of my booth.  Thanks to my family members who helped me with the show.  Love them!  Click here if you'd like tips and ideas on how to get the most out of the show when planning your wedding.

Kristina/Karson Wedding:
I have so much fun doing the "little extras" for my clients.  And best of all, they match the invitation and coordinate with their wedding theme. For Kristina and Karson's wedding reception, I did these "thank you" stickers for cello bags filled with chocolate covered strawberries for each guest to take home; signs welcoming guests and directing them where to go and candle wraps that were also used as the band on their invitation. It's the little things that make a big difference!
